1. Call the bank, but the airport most definitely and AAA. Both will charge you a certain amount.
2. bank might take a few days or an international airport you can buy on the spot

Banks and exchange agents (like Thomas Cook and American Express) that are located in major cities or airports will sell you foreign currency, or exchange it, but they charge hefty fees, usually either flat rate or % of total currency exhcanged.
