- There are lots of people that make some serious money just trading currencies. The best place to start is to join a local Forex investment group that is active in your state-area... There is one in Metro-Detroit that I am part of and I am sure there are others... Until then take a few lessons here http://www.babypips.com/ start with preschool and finish High School. After that I believe you would be more informed than someone that took a weekend seminar for $2,000 , and you can do it for free... You can also open a practice account and see how you are doing...it doesn't cost you a dime to practice.....
