Is there any Indian Credit Card that does not add a surcharge on Foreign Currency transactions?
Banks like ICICI, HSBC, Citibank, etc. charge ridiculous (3-3.5%) surcharges on Foreign currency purchases on their Credit Cards. Does anyone know of a card that does NOT charge these crazy fees?

- No bank will give in free of charge...if they are providing, they will give cheap exchange rate and cover the charge.
